5 out of 5 starsNot cheaper than therapy when you want to buy everything this vendor sells! LOL These are quality, hand-crafted little pots, not at all cheaply done. Also, communication with the vendor is AMAZING!

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship plants?
Unfortunately for the most part, no we do not ship out plants, even within Canada, due to the risk of damage. In the summer months, airplants can be shipped along with our airplant hangers.
How do I care for my moss arrangement?
Our mood moss arrangements are 100% preserved, meaning they are no longer living, therefore they don’t require any type of sunlight or water. Simple place on a table, shelf or wall, and enjoy!
Placing the arrangement in bright light will cause the colour in the moss to fade more easily.
Do you do custom orders?
To some degree, yes, absolutely! Please be sure to read our shipping policies as well as the product details within the listing you’d like to customize.
Can I pick up my order?
If you live in the Kitchener Waterloo area of Ontario, Canada, absolutely! We offer porch pickup during daytime business hours. Please contact us prior to placing your pickup order to make arrangements.
Living plants can be added to pickup orders. DM US for details!
Do you offer wholesale orders?
From time to time yes. We prefer to shop locally as well as sell wholesale locally. Wholesale orders are available to Waterloo, Ontario region businesses, as well as GTA West.
Will my order be exposed to cigarette smoke?
Not even a little bit! We are 100% smoke-free!
At the very most your plant pot may smell like our acrylic sealant, and possibly chalk paint.
Do you do create wedding favours?
We do!
Wedding favour orders are always welcome! DM us to share the details of your special day and to receive a quote.
Why are you called Go Hug a Cactus?
Because we’re quirky! (Which suits our pot phrases quite nicely)
Under no circumstances do we actually suggest you hug a cactus. Just tell it it’s cute, or give an equally flattering compliment, and move on!
Do you sell marimo mossballs?
Unfortunately, we do not carry these fuzzy green cuties any longer, due to a link between mossball imports and the invasive zebra mussel. Mossballs can no longer be sold in Canada.
We know. We’re bummed, too.
Do you sell digital versions or your photo prints?
Presently, no. We do have a small selection of framable plant-themed photo prints available in the shop. We are looking to provide a small batch of plant-themed digital stock photo packs later this year.
Stay tuned!
